We ship worldwide!
All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your merchandise arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Orders are shipped from Poland via FedEx or Poczta Polska (Polish Postal Service). Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country.
All shipments are registered and insured.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 15 business days.
Order processing begins once your payment has been received.
Please note that the processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Postal Service delivery is a more economical option, but international delivery times may be significantly longer than with FedEx.

Polish Postal Service
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Europe:
Delivery may take from approximately 3 days to 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
USA:
Postal Service shipping is currently not available. Orders to the USA are shipped via FedEx only.
Canada:
Approximately 4–8 weeks.
South America / Africa / Australia:
Approximately 4 weeks to 2–3 months.
Please remember that these are estimated delivery times. International shipments may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
USA SHIPPING – DUTIES & CUSTOMS INCLUDED
Good news for our customers in the USA — all customs duties and import charges are already covered.
All orders shipped by Razor Ray to the United States are sent with applicable customs duties and import charges prepaid.
The price you pay when placing your order is the final amount — you will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import charges when your parcel arrives in the USA.
No unexpected customs charges. No additional payment on delivery.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES – OTHER COUNTRIES
For destinations outside the European Union, excluding the USA, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays. Razor Ray cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Please note: this does not apply to orders shipped to the USA, where applicable customs duties and import charges are already covered by Razor Ray.

RETURNS
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Returned products must:
- be unused,
- show no signs of wear,
- have their original tags and packaging where applicable.
International return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, the refund for eligible products will be processed within 14 days.
