How do I earn points? Registered customers earn 3 points for every full $1 spent on products in a single order. Points are calculated from product prices after discounts, excluding shipping costs, and added to your account once the order is paid. All products are eligible to earn points.
How do I use my points? You can exchange points for products in the Patches and Backpatches categories. 90 points = $1 of product value. For example, a $10 product requires 900 points.
Points can be redeemed when placing an order with a minimum purchase value of $34.
If an order is closed without being fulfilled, any points spent on products in that order will be returned to your account.
